Vic Campbell
In addition to being the Owner of the APEX Performance Sports Institute, Coach Vic Campbell is currently on the Olympic Development Program (ODP) national staff as the 2008 Girl's Head Coach as well as the Region 3 coaching staff. Prior coaching the 2008 group, Vic was the 2006 girls ODP national team head coach.
From 1994 to 2003 Coach Vic was the Assistant Women's Coach at the University of Florida. In 2003, Vic became the Associate Head Coach until 2021 where he compiled over 500 career wins, 14 SEC Championships, 2 Final Four appearances and a NCAA Division 1 national championship in 1998.
Prior to his extensive and accomplished career at the University of Florida, Vic was an Assistant Coach at Methodist University from 1988 to 1994 appearing in 3 Division 3 final fours and 7 DIAC conference championships.
Coach Vic has a USSF B License and US Soccer Player Scout Certification.
Dr. Tiffany Jones, PhD
Dr. Tiff was a consultant for the USA U-20 Women’s National Soccer Teams (World Cup Champions 2008; 2010), USA Women’s Hockey, Women’s Professional Soccer (WPS), National Football Foundation and NSCAA. Dr. Tiff was also the Mental Performance Coach to Division 3 Powerhouses William Smith College, Bowdoin College, Amherst College, and Lynchburg University. Greg Norman Championship Golf Academy has also used Dr. Tiff as their primary sport and performance psychology consultant.
Dr. Tiff has been trained and now is a consultant for Athlete Assessments, a sport profiling company that uses resources and tools to help clients reach their personal excellence in and out of sport. She is also a Certified Chopra Health and Well-Being Teacher, a Certified Chopra Meditation Teacher, and Certified Chopra Coach. The Chopra Certification allows Dr. Tiff to also work and train her clients using Ayurvedic (holistic) techniques.
As a Speaker, Dr. Tiff has spoken at many national conferences (i.e. USA Hockey, USA Lacrosse, Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA), and United Soccer Coaches, National High School Coaches Association) with topics addressing: mental toughness, managing emotions/anxiety, decreasing negative thoughts, coming back from injury, motivation, controlling the controllables, coaching the millennial generation, incorporating brain endurance.
Stacey Kuhr
Stacey Kuhr has is the current University of Tampa Women’s Goalkeeper (GK) coach as well as on the FYSA State and Region III GK staff. Stacy is and/or has been involved in several college identification (ID) camps, such as, Red Bull FC and Exact ID Camps as a goalkeeper coach representing the Stetson Women’s Soccer Program.
Prior, Stacey coached at Winter Park High School earning a final four state tournament appearance, Brevard College where the team competed in the NJCAA national finals, Lindsey Wilson College qualifying for the national tournament.
As a player, Stacey played in the USISL on the Orlando Lions Women’s Team, USL W League on the Tampa Bay Extreme, Orlando Knight Hawks, Kentucky Fillies, Windy City Pride IL, IMG, and Central Florida Krush and was offered a contract to play in the Danish Division.
She has a US Soccer C License and Advance National GK Diploma (instructor Tony DiCicco and Lisa Cole).
Jason Sardis
Coach Jason has over 15 years of coaching experience from the collegiate, U.S Soccer MLS Next, ECNL, MLS Elite levels all the way down to Under 10's, he has made an impact in the youth soccer landscape. Jason is currently coaching at South Florida Football Academy,
Jason's playing experience started as a young child in Long Island, NY where he was a two-time All-American and Jim Steen Award winner making his debut on the Under 17 U.S. National team at the age of fourteen years representing his country around the world with the Under 17, 18 and 20 teams. Jason earned a four year scholarship at the University of Maryland where he finished his collegiate career third all time in points, played in the ACC tournament final and multiple NCAA tournaments.
The combination of Jason's playing and coaching background has allowed him to form a pipeline of connections throughout the country that permits hime to be an immediate recruiting asset. His experience has propelled him to form a holistic training program that compliments a stundent-athlete's team schedule and provides individual needs by position, skill set and level.
Jason holds his USSF license and is TOVO certified by Barcelona's TOVO Academy in Brazil.
Claire Falknor
Claire was an NCAA All-American at the University of Florida. She was also a member of the US U23 National Team player pool. Claire started her nearly decade pro career at FC Bayern Munich including time with the Houston Dash, Logrono, Sevilla, Halva and most recently with Tenerife in the Spanish La Liga Femine. She also holds licenses as a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Dr. John Roman, PhD
John Roman, PhD, is a performance psychology consultant trained at the University of Florida. Concurrent with his graduate study, Dr. Roman worked for six seasons as a full-time coach for Gators Soccer, guiding the program’s all-time shutout leader to be the first goalkeeper taken in the NWSL’s annual draft.
Privately, his applied consulting has included US Special Forces groups, LSU football, Florida football, US Olympic Archery, and professional athletes around the world. As a private consultant, Dr. Roman works with individuals and groups to enhance their psychological processes so that they may achieve an optimal performance. His focus is on real, tangible tools that manage:
In addition to the specific psychological skills provided for training, athletes may receive a profile summarizing 12 mental performance areas, so targeted training may be sought.
Scott Carswell
Scott Carswell is beginning his third season as the head coach of the Eastern Florida College women's soccer team. In addition Scott is the Florida ODP 2009 State Head Coach.
Carswell led the team to the program's first NJCAA Division I National Championship title in 2021 as the team finished the season 10-2-3 overall, but went unbeaten in the postseason to win the title. The team went 11-1-1 and won the Region 8 title as well as the district title to advance to the national championship tournament. After winning the Pool the team lost in the semifinals of the national tournament.
Carswell joined the Titans as an assistant coach in February after 17 seasons at Merritt Island High School, leading the girls soccer program to three state championships including back-to-back in 2017 and 2018 and went to eight state championship games in 17 seasons.
He spent the 2019 season as the co-head coach with Jeff Carr, helping the program to a 16-1 record and a trip to the NJCAA Division I National Championship Tournament semifinals.
